GrassRoots Cancellation Policy
Effective June 1, 2025
One-Time Services
Clients requesting one-time services must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee to cover lost time and resources.
Recurring Services (Weekly or Bi-weekly)
For clients enrolled in recurring services, we require written notice at least 10 days prior to the end of the current month if you wish to cancel or discontinue service. This helps us plan routes, staffing, and service allocations efficiently. Failure to provide the required notice will result in billing for the upcoming month, and services will continue as scheduled.
Missed Payments
All monthly service fees are due on the 1st of each month. A 5% late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the 3rd. If payment is still not received by the 5th, services will be suspended. To resume services after cancellation due to non-payment, a 10% re-enrollment fee will be charged. Continued non-payment may result in permanent termination of services.
Right to Refuse Service
GrassRoots Property Preservation reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time under the following conditions: repeated missed payments, unsafe or hazardous working environments, or ongoing scheduling conflicts that impact on our ability to provide consistent service. Client safety, team safety, and service reliability are our top priorities.
