GrassRoots Terms and Conditions
Effective June 1, 2025
Welcome to [GrassRoots Property Preservation] ("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling a service or accessing any of our offerings, you ("the client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided
We offer property care services including but not limited to lawn maintenance, tree trimming, shrub and hedge care, landscaping, and seasonal cleanup. Specific services will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
Quotes and Payment
Recurring services will be billed according to the selected schedules: weekly or bi-weekly.
Services will be provided based on the service frequency agreed upon by the client and GRPP.
All quotes are customized based on property assessment and are valid for 30 days.
All services are prepaid upon service agreement.
All monthly service payments are due on the 1st of each month.
If payment is not received by the 3rd of the payment month, then a 3% late fee will be applied to the client’s outstanding balance.
If payment is not received by the 5th, all services will be cancelled, and a 5% re-enrollment fee will be applied upon reactivation of monthly services.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
Missed or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
For one-time services, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
For recurring services, clients must provide at least 10 days’ written notice prior to the end of the month to cancel service.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the service area, including unlocking gates, removing obstacles, and securing pets.
Failure to provide access may delay service or incur a fee.
Damage and Liability
We take every precaution to protect your property. However, GRPP and its partners are not responsible for damage due to hidden or unmarked hazards (e.g., irrigation lines, electrical wiring, underground roots).
We are fully licensed and insured. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
Weather and Safety
Services may be rescheduled due to hazardous weather conditions or safety concerns. Should weather conditions impact your service, GRPP will communicate these changes promptly and reschedule at the earliest availability at no additional cost.
Recurring Services
By enrolling in recurring services, you agree to ongoing care according to the selected frequency: weekly or bi-weekly.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no contract.
Clients must provide at least 10 days written notice prior to the end of the month to cancel recurring services.
If notice is not received at least 10 days in advance, the full bill for the remaining month will be due on the 1st, and services will continue as scheduled.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate service at any time for reasons including non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated scheduling issues.
Clients may also cancel services at any time with proper notice as stated above.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
